The Inside Track Program
Inside Track is an expedited funding process for companies in which St Andrews Angels members have invested in. Pre-existing members may accelerate the application process & skip screening steps for companies in which they have already invested and are bringing to the network as an investment opportunity.
The Criteria
The Process
The Inside Track criteria are as follows:

The Deal Lead must be an active St Andrews Angels member who has invested at least £10k in the company in the current funding round at the same terms that are now being offered to St Andrews Angels members.

The Deal Lead must also agree to serve actively as the liaison between interested angel members and the company throughout the investment process.

The funding round must be both:

at least 50% and £100k committed at the same terms offered to St Andrews Angels investors,

open to a minimum of £20k in new St Andrews Angels investment in this round.

Inside Track companies are subject to final approval by the St Andrews Angels of London team.
In order to apply for the Inside Track Program:

The St Andrews Angels Deal Lead member should e-mail the Team to notify the St Andrews Angels of London that you have a company for Inside Track consideration.

In additional to the usual "pitch" material, in order to be evaluated your gust submission must include:

a detailed term sheet that meets the criteria above, or deal documents.

a financial model showing historical and projected performance

A cap table with details of current and past funding rounds
